Ich bin Consultant und Solution Architect im Bereich Professional Services mit Fokus auf Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und KI, vor allem im Microsoft-Ökosystem. IT-Berufserfahrung seit August 2022. Ich berate, baue, schule und spreche über das, was ich wirklich tue, keine Theorie, keine leeren Versprechen.
I'm a Consultant and Solution Architect in Professional Services, focused on digitalization, automation and AI, primarily in the Microsoft ecosystem. IT experience since August 2022. I consult, build, train and speak about what I actually do, no theory, no empty promises.
Was mich antreibt What drives me
Digitalisierung scheitert selten an der Technologie, sie scheitert an Prozessen, die niemand hinterfragt, an Lösungen, die niemand nutzt, und an Wissen, das nie beim Menschen ankommt. Ich arbeite an allen drei Baustellen gleichzeitig: ich berate, baue und bilde aus.
Digitalization rarely fails because of the technology, it fails because of processes nobody questions, solutions nobody uses, and knowledge that never reaches the people who need it. I work on all three issues simultaneously: I consult, build and train.
Mein Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps und Power Automate auf Experten-Niveau, Power BI, SharePoint Online und PowerShell als ergänzende Werkzeuge. Ich begleite Projekte von der Potenzialanalyse bis zur produktionsreifen Lösung und befähige Kunden zur eigenständigen Nutzung.
My focus is the Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps and Power Automate at expert level, with Power BI, SharePoint Online and PowerShell as complementary tools. I accompany projects from potential analysis to production-ready solutions and empower clients to operate independently.
Was mich besonders antreibt: praxisnahes Schulen und Enablement , von Anwenderschulungen bis zu technischen Deep-Dives für Citizen Developer.
What drives me most: hands-on training and enablement , from end-user workshops to technical deep-dives for Citizen Developers.

- Praxisorientierung Practice-first Was ich empfehle, habe ich gebaut. Was ich schule, wende ich selbst an. What I recommend, I have built. What I teach, I apply myself.
- Pragmatismus Pragmatism Die beste Lösung ist die einfachste, die das Problem löst, nicht die technisch beeindruckendste. The best solution is the simplest one that solves the problem, not the most technically impressive.
- Nachhaltiges Enablement Sustainable enablement Kunden sollen nach dem Projekt eigenständig weiterkommen, nicht dauerhaft abhängig bleiben. Clients should be able to move forward independently after a project, not remain permanently dependent.
